On his first visit as PM, Narendra Modi will shake hand with Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina to terminate the 41 years bilateral issues between the two countries. This visit seems to be an important visit to exchange instruments of ratification and have a better relations over the conflicts between the two countries.
It act as an important part , as India share a 4,096 Kilometers of boundaries with Bangladesh that are linked to the 7 states of India. Settling the issue of the boundary will make the border more secure for both the countries.
While Government is still carrying a bitter relations with China and Pakistan over the border disputes, the Land Boundary Agreement’s ratification will remove a stone between its way that troubled relations of the two countries.

$2 billion has been provided to the Bangladesh for line of credit.
During his visit PM , Narendra Modi also going to sign a raft of trade and transport deals and will pay a visit to Khaleda Zia , Bangladesh’s Embattled opposition Leader. Bangladesh Road Transportation Corpoartion is also going to have the Dhaka-Shillong-guwahati-Dhaka International Bus service.
PM on Teesta issue:
It is basically an important part of Sikkim , as it flows through the entire length of the state and carving out verdant Himalayan Temperate and tropical river valleys.
Indian Government and Bangladesh government has been on decision for an agreement on sharing of common river , on fair and equitable basis.
